By accessing or using MyLobster ("the Service"), operated by Intelligence Lobster LLC ("we", "us", or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
MyLobster provides a managed AI assistant platform powered by OpenClaw. The Service is available through web, desktop (macOS, Windows, Linux), and mobile (iOS, Android) applications. We offer both free and paid tiers of service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Free Tier: Provides access to a shared AI assistant instance. Resources are shared among free-tier users. We reserve the right to limit usage, impose rate limits, or modify free-tier features at any time.
Paid Tier: Provides a dedicated AI assistant instance running on isolated infrastructure. Paid subscriptions are billed as described at the time of purchase. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.

The Service, including its design, branding, and proprietary technology, is owned by Intelligence Lobster LLC. The underlying OpenClaw software is open source and subject to its own license terms. Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. For paid users, dedicated infrastructure will be deprovisioned upon termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output from the Service before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligence Lobster LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
